Green Life Science are partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovative medicine and digital transformation. They’re seeking an accomplished Director, Regulatory Affairs – Labelling to drive strategic and technological change across multiple global regions.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role within the company’s Innovative Medicine division. You’ll lead a cross-regional team spanning EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, supporting over 150 local operating companies. The focus: transforming how regulatory labelling is delivered through scientific expertise, technology, and forward-thinking leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cross-regional team managing regional and local labelling operations.
- Drive innovation through digital labelling, AI-enabled translation, and process automation.
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and define performance metrics across regions.
- Mentor and inspire a diverse team while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Influence global strategic projects across regulatory, R&D, and technology functions.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in pharma or biotech, including 8+ in Regulatory Affairs.
- Proven track record in global labelling strategy, content management, and digital transformation.
- Experienced leader comfortable working in matrixed, multinational environments.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in process optimisation and change management.
