Director, Regulatory Affairs – Labelling
to drive strategic and technological change across multiple global regions.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role within the company\’s
Innovative Medicine
division. You\’ll lead a cross-regional team spanning EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, supporting over 150 local operating companies. The focus: transforming how regulatory labelling is delivered through scientific expertise, technology, and forward-thinking leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-regional team managing regional and local labelling operations.
• Drive innovation through digital labelling, AI-enabled translation, and process automation.
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and define performance metrics across regions.
• Mentor and inspire a diverse team while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Influence global strategic projects across regulatory, R&D, and technology functions.

About You

• Bachelor\’s degree in a scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years\’ experience in pharma or biotech, including 8+ in Regulatory Affairs.
• Proven track record in global labelling strategy, content management, and digital transformation.
• Experienced leader comfortable working in matrixed, multinational environments.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in process optimisation and change management.
