What You’ll Do

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given full training and mentorship to help you succeed in:

Talent Sourcing

• Learn how to identify and engage high-calibre candidates across biotech, pharma, and healthcare
• Use tools like LinkedIn, databases, and job boards to build strong talent pipelines

Client Engagement

• Support the delivery of recruitment projects for existing clients
• Understand client needs and help match them with ideal candidates

Market Research & Strategy

• Monitor hiring trends in the life sciences industry
• Develop niche expertise in areas like regulatory affairs, clinical operations, R&D, or commercial

Recruitment Process Management

• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and guide both clients and candidates through hiring processes
• Ensure a smooth, professional experience for all parties

Business Development (Optional Path)

• As you grow, explore opportunities to win new business and build your own client portfolio

What We’re Looking For
