About Us

This company is a pioneering biotech headquartered in London, focused on developing transformative therapies for patients with neurological disorders. With a robust and innovative pipeline spanning neurodegeneration, neuroinflammation, and rare CNS diseases, we are entering a critical phase of clinical development — and we’re looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join us on this journey.

Backed by top-tier investors and led by a multidisciplinary team of scientists, clinicians, and drug developers, our mission is clear: deliver life-changing therapies to patients who need them most.

The Role

As Clinical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our early- and mid-stage neurology clinical trials. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with CROs, investigators, and internal stakeholders to ensure our clinical studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational execution of global Phase I–III clinical trials in CNS indications
  • Manage study timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., CROs, labs, sites)
  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs
  • Support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections
  • Contribute to the development of clinical strategy, protocols, and operational plans
  • Participate in vendor selection and contract negotiation processes

About You

  • Proven experience (4–8 years) in clinical project management, ideally in neurology or CNS trials
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global clinical trial regulations
  • Experience managing CROs, vendors, and international study sites
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing biotech environment
  • Life sciences degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred but not required
  • Must have a PHD
