The Role
As Clinical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our early- and mid-stage neurology clinical trials. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with CROs, investigators, and internal stakeholders to ensure our clinical studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational execution of global Phase I–III clinical trials in CNS indications
- Manage study timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., CROs, labs, sites)
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs
- Support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections
- Contribute to the development of clinical strategy, protocols, and operational plans
- Participate in vendor selection and contract negotiation processes
About You
- Proven experience (4–8 years) in clinical project management, ideally in neurology or CNS trials
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global clinical trial regulations
- Experience managing CROs, vendors, and international study sites
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing biotech environment
- Life sciences degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred but not required
- Must have a PHD
