Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Reliability Engineer to support the optimisation of equipment performance across our operations. In this role, you will monitor asset health, analyse performance data, and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement.

You will develop and implement reliability strategies such as Condition-Based Monitoring, and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programmes by applying tools including FMEA, Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), and modern condition-monitoring technologies. Your work will directly support improved reliability, reduced failures, and increased Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Requirements:

• BEng or MEng in Engineering
• Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of maintenance optimisation and reliability methodologies
