  • Welcoming our families, children and team in a friendly and professional way.
  • Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting Centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations.
  • Use your strong systems skills across QikKids and Salesforce to manage enrolments and families' accounts.
  • Showcase your masterful prioritisation skills to complete a range of systems-related tasks, while managing phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries.
  • Support the Centre by using your refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team.
  • Liaise with our maintenance team as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure our Centre continues to present as it did the first week we opened.
  • Use your super-star administrative skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy, in a reliable and consistent manner.
  • Display your extraordinary interpersonal and customer service skills to breeze through some difficult conversations.

About You:

  • The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through to Friday for 37.5 hours per week.
  • Current VIC Working with Children's Check.
  • Current VIC Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
  • Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
  • National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months and Proda ID.
