You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team in line with best practice.

Day to day, you can:

About You:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director (preferred, not essential)
  • Knowledge and experience with QikKids and StoryPark (or similar equivalent platforms)
  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
  • Current WA Working with Children's Check
  • Current WA Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
  • Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
  • National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
  • Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
