About Green Leaf Engineering Green Leaf Engineering are a renewables specialist based at Team Valley, Gateshead, designing and delivering sustainable energy solutions across the UK.

Our work spans solar PV systems, heat pumps, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, LED lighting, and solar canopies.

As a dedicated renewable energy contractor, GLE focuses on the decarbonisation of commercial properties, supporting clients through the entire lifecycle of their carbon-reduction journey.

This includes initial feasibility studies and system design through to full project management, installation, delivery, and commissioning.

Job Description Carry out procurement of both material & sub-contract packages, understanding the technical detail within the quotes, ensuring they match the contract requirements and meet the financial targets of the respective project.

Run multiple jobs at any one-time, prioritising key milestones from any one project.

Understand building services & the associated renewable technologies which Green Leaf Engineering Ltd install.

Balance quality against cost to achieve the best possible outcome for both the client (end user) and Green Leaf Engineering.

Must be able to demonstrate all workings in a logical law-abiding manner.

Must be able to manage cash flow positions for the business monitoring the money entering the business against the money leaving the business.

Must be able to manage the budgets for each project, giving site teams visibility of available allowances to carry out each aspect of the contract requirements.

Have a good understanding of construction contract law and ensure that all client orders do not include any harmful clauses.

Write and manage all sub-contract orders ensuring that all suppliers and sub-contractors are legally tied to the works we employ them to carry out.
