We're looking for a General Manager for a 2-door community pub. Salary up to £45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package. With average weekly sales of £28,500 and a balanced wet and dry mix, The Green Lady is perfectly placed to build on its strong reputation through enhanced food offerings, community events, and high-quality guest experiences.
We’re looking for a capable and driven operator who thrives in a busy, community-focused pub and can unlock the full potential of this high-performing site. The ideal candidate will bring strong high-volume food experience, excellent customer service standards, and the leadership skills to coach and motivate a team. With the confidence to manage operations, from compliance to stock control, they will also have the creativity and flair to deliver engaging events and build strong local connections, driving both guest experience and commercial performance.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a spacious three bedroom flat offering a modern kitchen, a well appointed living room, and a contemporary bathroom.
