Responsibilities
- Representing the company to the public
- Using communications strategies to promote an understanding of the activities and image of our clients in a favourable way
- Building strong relationships and networks with clients and answer enquiries from the clients and other third parties
- Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes
- Devising photo opportunities and coordinating location photography
- Organising events (such as exhibitions and open days), and seek out sponsorship opportunities
- Managing and updating information and engage with users on social media sites
- Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings
- Commissioning market research
- Undertaking research for new business proposals and presenting them to potential new clients
- Fostering good community relations through events and through involvement in community initiatives
