What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership, support, and development to a production team of up to 115 employees, including supervisors and unionized staff.
- Support the Site General Manager in driving safety, quality, and production excellence.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Deliver on operational KPIs through effective decision-making.
- Promote continuous improvement through clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and develop diverse teams and foster an inclusive culture.
What You’ll Bring:
