As CEO, you will be the driving force behind the charity's five-year strategy, End the Silence. You will champion the voices of survivors in all areas of work, from service design to national influence. Your day-to-day will involve building meaningful partnerships across sectors, nurturing a warm and reflective team, and ensuring their trauma-informed services remain world-class. You will also oversee The Green House's financial health, ensuring they have the sustainable resources needed to expand their impact.
