The predicted salary is between 36827 - 45011 £ per year.

The post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

The post-holder, as part of the practice team, will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.

In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make him/her-self available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone, video, and e-consultations, visiting patients at home, authorising repeat prescription and dealing with queries, paperwork, and correspondence in a timely fashion.

The post-holder will be supported in continuous professional development through attendance at necessary/appropriate courses and/or study days in addition to training programmes implemented by the practice.

The number of hours and working days are open to negotiation with the successful candidate, Our existing clinical team provides us with a diverse skill set consisting of, GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Paramedic Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Advanced HCAs, Healthcare Assistants, Phlebotomists and Pharmacy Technicians.

As a member of Redcar Costal PCN, we benefit from having access to various ARRS practitioners and have good working relationships with other member practices.

Our excellent Practice Administrators and Management team provide nonclinical support and help reduce the administration burden on clinicians.

The successful candidate will work as part of a loyal & committed clinical team and receive excellent support from our Partners and colleagues.

We will provide you with a named GP Partner mentor who will provide support with more complex cases and processes as required.

The Green House Surgery currently has a registered patient list of approximately 10,000 patients residing in Redcar and surrounding areas.

We work from modern, purpose-built premises and benefit from ease of with access to hospital-based diagnostics and other services.

We have excellent public transport links (Redcar train stations are within walking distance) and also have free on-site parking for both patients and staff.

We are a friendly, supportive and well organised practice, committed to providing a high level of effective care to our 10,000 patients.

The Green House Surgery is looking to recruit an additional GP.

Our existing clinical team is dynamic, with a diverse skill set (including GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Paramedic Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, First Contact Physio, Child & Adult Mental Health Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacy Technician, Healthcare Assistants/Phlebotomists and a Social Prescriber).

We are based in modern, purpose-built premises within Redcar Primary Care Hospital and have access to Physiotherapy, Radiology, Endoscopy, Audiology, Minor injuries, MRI, CT and X-Ray facilities on-site.

Our modern building offers excellent facilities, ample free parking and easy access to public transport (Redcar train stations both within walking distance).
