We are currently seeking arestaurant supervisor to join our vibrant team at Green Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals. As a supervisor you bring a heightened level of ambition, a results-driven mindset, and a deep passion for enhancing the dining experience to our dynamic Team.

• Supervising the operation of assigned restaurants and/or lounges
• Coordinates the set-up and/or closures of restaurant and lounge areas in accordance with Carlson Hotel standards
• Confirms daily specials and new menu additions with the Executive Chef
• Oversees the food and beverage service provided in assigned outlet; coaches employees on effective service and food presentation techniques
• Inspects assigned restaurants and lounge areas on an on-going basis and takes appropriate steps to ensure facilities meets or exceeds hotel standards at all times
• Conducts daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, house count, reservations and new menu items
• Properly executes check control procedures
• Maintains sanitary and safe work environment for guests and employees

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
• Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
