Green Home Systems, established in 2014 as a family business, has grown over the last decade to become Scotland's leading retrofit installer. Headquartered in Irvine, Ayrshire and operating exclusively in Scotland, our green vision is to create a zero-carbon fuel wealthy world.
Gaining private equity investment in the business in 2020 has allowed the business to drive growth, becoming the go-to trusted and reliable retrofit installer in Scotland. Green Home Systems install energy efficient measures in domestic properties, such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charge Points and Insulation to reduce our customers' bills, saving energy and saving money.
We work directly with major utility companies to install measures under the ECO4 scheme and have large volumes of funding in place to deliver ECO/GBIS projects in Scotland, partnering with 19 Scottish local authorities. We are actively seeking career driven and results motivated individuals, with degree education, to join our rapidly growing business. Green Home Systems are looking to recruit self-motivated, results driven, entrepreneurial individuals who can take initiative and drive qualified leads.
Working directly with our entire business, you will be representing the business in the initial phase of our business – Developing leads. Lead generation is a crucial cog in our business, and we are offering a lucrative package for the right individuals, with uncapped commission paid on each successful installation.
No industry experience is required, but Direct/Field sales experience is required; technical and job requirement expertise will be taught to the right individual.
The role:
- Direct / field calls generating qualified Leads for ECO4 grant funding.
- Develop leads via social media.
- Develop leads via telephone.
- Attending network events.
- Follow up to ensure maximise conversion rate.
- Complete lead generation form, supplied by Green Home Systems.
- Take an initiative-taking approach in creating lead opportunities.
- Work closely with internal sales team to convert leads into installs.
- 40 hours per week, flexible on times to suit lead generation needs.

- Deploys a consultative sales approach – No hard sell.
- Career driven and competitive, with a desire to meet personal and team targets.

- Ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
- Ability to manage high volume of leads in organised manner.
