Green Harvest CC Ltd. is recruiting a Family Assessment Keyworker for The Lodge, our new Residential Family Assessment Centre in Hextable, Swanley.
As primary assessment practitioner for at least one family, you will analyse daily observation records, complete weekly Family Assessment Plan reports and risk assessments, liaise with the Independent Social Worker and key stakeholders, and take part in pre-placement planning.
