Green Harvest is recruiting Waking Night Workers for The Lodge, our new Residential Family Assessment Centre in Hextable, Swanley.
Some of the most important observations in a family assessment happen after dark. You will stay awake throughout the shift, observe how parents meet their children’s needs overnight, keep clear records, escalate any safeguarding concerns, and support parents as needed. Full training and support provided.
40 hours per week, waking nights across a seven-day rota including weekends. Full-time, permanent. Both our established Centres are rated Good in all areas by Ofsted.
Applicants must already have the Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not available. Subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
