Family Assessment Practitioner (Grade 3)
Green Harvest is recruiting a Family Assessment Keyworker for The Lodge, our new Residential Family Assessment Centre in Hextable, Swanley.
As primary assessment practitioner for at least one family, you will analyse daily observation records, complete weekly Family Assessment Plan reports and risk assessments, liaise with the Independent Social Worker and key stakeholders, and take part in pre-placement planning. Our Centre delivers court-ordered parenting assessments over 13 to 16 weeks for up to five families.
40 hours per week, five days across a seven-day rota including weekends. Full-time, permanent. Both our established Centres are rated Good in all areas by Ofsted.
Applicants must already have the Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not available. Subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
