Family Assessment Practitioner (Grade 2)
Green Harvest is recruiting a Family Assessment Practitioner (Grade 2) for The Lodge, our new Residential Family Assessment Centre in Hextable, Swanley.
You will share responsibility for a family alongside a keyworker, deliver key work sessions, complete weekly Family Assessment Plans and risk assessments, teach parenting skills, liaise with stakeholders, and hold a house champion role. Your reports directly inform decisions about children’s futures.
40 hours per week, five days across a seven-day rota including weekends. Full-time, permanent. Both our established Centres are rated Good in all areas by Ofsted.
Applicants must already have the Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not available. Subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
