Green Harvest Capital Consulting Ltd is a leading social care provider specializing in frontline childcare services. Operating 15 accommodations across London and Essex, we offer residential care, family assessment centers, semi-independent living and supported living homes for children and adults. We are committed to supporting young people under the care of Social Services and subject to the Leaving Care Act 2000 by implementing tailored pathway plans to help them achieve independence. Our expertise lies in caring for young individuals with emotional and behavioral needs, providing personalized treatment plans to help them thrive. Through comprehensive staff training and collaboration with professionals, we ensure positive outcomes aligned with the Every Child Matters initiative.

We are seeking experienced Independent Social Workers (ISWs) to undertake CUBAS and ParentAssess parenting assessments within our Family Assessment Centre. The successful candidates will work collaboratively with our in-house team to deliver high-quality, analytical, and evidence-based assessments and reports suitable for court proceedings. This role involves integrating daily observations, direct work sessions, and multi-agency information into comprehensive parenting assessments focused on achieving the best outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct CUBAS and ParentAssess assessments
  • Produce high-quality, court-ready reports
  • Deliver structured direct work sessions with families
  • Observe and analyse parenting behaviours within a residential setting
  • Attend placement planning meetings, reviews, and case discussions
  • Work collaboratively with practitioners, managers, and external professionals
  • Ensure safeguarding remains central to all practice
