We are seeking experienced Independent Social Workers (ISWs) to undertake CUBAS and ParentAssess parenting assessments within our Family Assessment Centre. The successful candidates will work collaboratively with our in-house team to deliver high-quality, analytical, and evidence-based assessments and reports suitable for court proceedings. This role involves integrating daily observations, direct work sessions, and multi-agency information into comprehensive parenting assessments focused on achieving the best outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct CUBAS and ParentAssess assessments
- Produce high-quality, court-ready reports
- Deliver structured direct work sessions with families

- Attend placement planning meetings, reviews, and case discussions
