Green Harvest is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Family Assessment Practitioner Worker to join our team at The Groves Family Assessment Centre in Croydon. This is a Grade 1 position, suitable for someone with some relevant experience working toward Level 3 qualifications, or a newly qualified applicant building a career in family support and social care.
You will work with families in placement, supporting weekly assessment plans, modelling positive parenting, and helping the team.
