Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Lead Solar Installer based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Lead Solar Installer will oversee the installation and maintenance of solar power systems, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role includes leading a team of installers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, troubleshooting issues during installations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and project managers to deliver high‑quality results.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Solar Power and Solar Systems
- Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Familiarity with the Solar Industry and its standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent attention to detail and safety practices
- Relevant certifications or training in solar installation or electrical systems are a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for projects
