What We Look for in a Supervisor:

We're looking for a supervisor to join our team who is looking to progress to an Assistant Manager role. The Green Goose is a fab, little East End boozer going through some changes for the better and is a great opportunity for someone to have an impact on a business poised for growth. You'd be working in a community based pub alongside a manager with over 12 years experience working for Young's. We're going to be focusing on local breweries and making our garden the place to be over this summer; if you'd like to join us then apply now.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
