In the role of Performance Marketing Executive, you will be involved in supporting, maintaining and delivering performance marketing campaigns on behalf of Green Ginger's clients. You will be required to own account maintenance, analyse performance data and recommend and implement change following your learnings.
Account management will include Google, Bing Ads and Meta with the opportunity to develop Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn Ad understanding, dependent on client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
- Communicate with clients confidently via email, phone, and video call
- Develop knowledge of web analytics software including Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvements against their targets
- Proactively problem solve and escalate any challenges to PMM and CSD
- Confidently carry out Business As Usual (BAU) tasks to best practice
- Research new performance marketing trends influencing client accounts and share with the wider team
- Keep up to date with current digital trends and share with the wider team
- Ad hoc tasks and support as required for the business
- Develop a right-first-time approach to data analysis and reporting
- Proactively contribute to quarterly plan development using learnings from performance and BAU
- Creation of process documents to support overarching GGD training hub development and best practice process
- Deliver keyword research to support the build of new Search campaigns
Requirements
- Prior experience in a performance marketing role or relatable degree
- An interest in marketing and a passion for helping our clients grow online
- A keen eye for detail with numeracy and literacy skills to match

- Confident with numbers and able to analyse trends and make decisions based on data
- A creative and forward thinker, not afraid to share ideas and think differently
- A proactive learner with the ability to use their own initiative in their day-to-day job
- Able to organise and prioritise daily tasks, working with the wider team to understand client requirements
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint to interpret client performance
- Confident in communicating on video calls with clients and able to report on performance
