Would you love the opportunity to work for a nursery, to be immersed in the magic of children's play? Then this is the apprenticeship for you! The position is full-time, you will earn as you learn, completing your apprenticeship at nursery with our in-house, face-to-face early years tutors, with no need for college.
We are a family business established in 1996, we have children of children we have looked after and staff who once were children here! We have a number of children with additional needs and pride ourselves on never turning people away who need our help. We have been training apprentices for the last 25 years and love to see team fulfil their ambitions. We offer a Montessori approach to teaching, linked forest schooling and visiting activities such as football coaching, and music sessions.
What You’ll Do
- Create awe and inspiration for the children you care for through creating exciting activities and teaching them new skills.
- Gain new knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout your apprenticeship to become a qualified practitioner.
- Support all their daily needs from helping them at meal times, supporting their sleep needs and their well-being too.
- Teach them through a range of play types both indoors and outdoors as well as taking them on outings to enhance their cultural experiences.
Training Outcome
The right candidate could go on to complete their Level 3 with us to become a fully qualified practitioner. This can lead to a career as a head of room/senior practitioner, deputy or nursery manager as well as many other early years roles.
