As Green Frog Utilities continues to grow, we’re looking to appoint an experienced Multi-Utilities Estimator to join our expanding team, with a strong commercial and technical background across Gas, Water and Electricity.
The ideal candidate will have estimating experience across GIRS, WIRS and NERS schemes and a solid understanding of the design, construction and delivery requirements associated with multi-utility infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will need a strong technical understanding of gas, water and electrical utility installations, together with associated civils, excavation and reinstatement, traffic management, HDD and trenchless installation methods, service connections, utility coordination and stakeholder interfaces.
Experience of HV electrical infrastructure and underground cable installations up to 66kV would be highly advantageous, alongside a good working knowledge of gas and water infrastructure. NEC4 experience is also a distinct advantage.
Working closely with our Technical Director, this newly created role will take ownership of tender submissions from initial enquiry and scope review through to take-off, supplier and subcontractor enquiries, final pricing, commercial review and approval.

- Multi-utility estimating across Gas, Water & Electricity
- GIRS, WIRS and NERS projects
- Gas and water mains, services and connections
- LV/HV electrical infrastructure and cable installations
- Electrical projects up to 66kV
- Civil engineering, excavation and reinstatement works
- Utility diversions and new connections
- Traffic management and stakeholder coordination
- HDD and trenchless installation methods
- Quantity take-offs, cost build-ups and pricing
- Material, subcontractor and supplier enquiries
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Programme development and construction methodology input
- RFIs, clarifications and commercial submissions
- Identifying tender risks, exclusions, assumptions and opportunities
