About Us

Green Frog Connect is the UK's leading independent connection provider (ICP) and EPC contractor for power generation and energy storage projects. Our team designs and builds grid connections and power stations—up to 132kV—for renewable developers, energy-from-waste plants, industrial and commercial clients, and EV charging providers.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll lead multiple high-voltage electrical projects from concept to completion. You'll coordinate engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your focus will be on technical quality, cost control, and stakeholder communication—keeping projects on track and customers confident every step of the way.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience managing HV electrical projects in generation or distribution
  • Strong understanding of HV design principles, standards, and regulations
  • Proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Clear communicator with solid leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
