Green & Fortune has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The role involves managing the Rotunda restaurant, the Rotunda private dining room, and working directly with the events team to deliver events in these spaces. As the face of the business, you will deliver exceptional hospitality and provide solid leadership for the team. The candidate must have excellent people skills, initiative, drive, and enthusiasm. Good planning and organisational skills will be essential to managing your workload and driving your team.
Responsibilities:
- Training, developing, managing, and motivating your team to ensure exceptional service is provided to guests at all times.
- Communicating, providing feedback, and liaising with the Head Chef and their team.
- Creating an environment where regular customers feel welcomed and engaged.
- Working with the marketing and sales departments to create and drive sales initiatives, including seasonal promotions that are fun and on-trend with what is happening in London.
- Reporting on sales, labor, and direct cost lines, monitoring them in accordance with the budget, and providing analysis on the sales mix—identifying reasons for variances.
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic restaurant at all times.
