Join us for our London Museum Open Day!

Night Barista

Night Barista role and, if shortlisted, you'll be invited to our Open Day at our Head Office on 28 September. We are looking for a Night Barista to join Temperance Cocoa Rooms team at London Museum, opening its doors on 28 November. Typical shifts will range from Thursday to Sunday, flexibly starting at 10pm and finishing at 7am. Temperance Cocoa Rooms will operate round‑the‑clock hours to echo the 24hr rhythm of the city. It will be a place where early risers, night owls and post‑service crowds can converge. A tee‑total meet up space, with room to host community clubs, intimate events and talks. If you're excited by the idea of creating a café that becomes a favourite after‑dark London destination, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll bring as Night Barista?

At least six months of coffee‑making experience, with a good understanding of grinder adjustment, extraction time and milk texturing. You'll enjoy making great coffee and helping guests find the drink they like. We encourage a one team approach, and willingness to get stuck in with all aspects of the site operations.
