We\âre looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join and support our team managing the Rotunda restaurant, the Rotunda private dining room, and working directly with the events team to deliver events in these spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Training, developing, managing, and motivating your team to ensure exceptional service is provided to guests at all times
Communicating, providing feedback, and liaising with the Head Chef and their team
Creating an environment where regular customers feel welcomed and engaged
Working with the marketing and sales departments to create and drive sales initiatives, including seasonal promotions that are fun and onâtrend with what is happening in London
Reporting on sales, labor, and direct cost lines, monitoring them in accordance with the budget, and providing analysis on the sales mixâidentifying reasons for variances
Maintaining a safe and hygienic restaurant at all times
