Events Assistant – Open Day
Join us for our London Museum Open Day!
Apply for our Events Assistant role and, if shortlisted, you’ll be invited to our Open Day at our Head Office on 30 October.
We're looking for an Events Assistant to join the team at London Museum, opening on 28 November in historic Smithfield. Bringing together thousands of years of London's history, the museum will host world-class exhibitions and events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, creating memorable experiences through food and hospitality.
At Green & Fortune, we take pride in the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.
What makes you the Events Assistant?
Support the events operation from set-up to close.
- Get event spaces ready, preparing service areas, stations, menus and equipment.
- Keep events running smoothly, serving food and drinks, replenishing supplies and assisting guests.
- Close down and reset, keeping event spaces organised and ready for the next occasion.
What you'll bring as Events Assistant?
At least six months' experience in luxury or high-end, large-scale events, with an understanding of professional service standards. You'll be proactive, adaptable and attentive to detail, even during busy events.
We encourage a one-team approach and a willingness to get stuck in across all aspects of the events operation, from set-up and service to close-down.
