We are excited to be recruiting for our exciting new contract and are looking for an exceptional Hospitality Supervisor to join the Green & Fortune team.

THE PERSON AND ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor with a B&I background who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading high performing teams.

  • Supervise the day to day hospitality operation, ensuring exceptional food, beverage and customer service standards.
  • Support the management team in the delivery of meetings, conferences, hospitality services and events.
  • Lead, motivate and support the front of house team, acting as the first point of contact during service.
  • Meet and greet clients and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Ensure all hospitality areas and service stations are presented to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, allergen and company procedures.
  • Support the training and development of new team members.
  • Complete operational handovers, reporting any issues, successes and key business updates to the management team.
