Green & Fortune is seeking a Bar Supervisor to join Bartholomew's at the London Museum, guiding service on shift and leading from the floor.

You’ll drive high standards, hospitality, and consistency while shaping a memorable bar experience for guests in a historic setting.

You’ll mentor the bar team, coach colleagues, manage stock and waste, and ensure cocktails and serves reflect our evolving menu.
