We are seeking a motivated Hospitality and Events Coordinator to join our Events Team at Southbank Team. The candidate will support the hospitality team in delivering internal sales, planning client events, and creating innovative offers for our clients. They will need to be proficient in our CRM system, engage with clients, produce all paperwork relating to events, and ensure the operations team are fully briefed for delivery.

The candidate will need to have excellent customer service and initiative skills, drive and enthusiasm. Good planning and organizational skills will be essential and a good knowledge of accounts and finance is important. The role is admin heavy, fast paced and requires the candidate to be hands-on, flexible, and capable of dealing with high pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within an admin role.
