Green & Fortune Ltd. in London is seeking a Waiter to join Clerks House at London Museum, opening 28 November in Smithfield. This Open Day invites applications for our 140-cover, all-day bistro with a menu developed with acclaimed chef Robin Gill.
You will deliver warm, attentive service from pre-opening to close, assist with setup, explain dishes and keep service running smoothly. One year of experience in a quality-led restaurant and a willingness to work across bar and floor are preferred.
