Floor Supervisor

Few hospitality roles offer the chance to create something from the very beginning. Be the Floor Supervisor of Bartholomew’s at London Museum, one of London's most significant cultural openings. The doors open on 28 November in the heart of historic Smithfield, bringing together thousands of years of London's history through world-class events, experiences and hospitality.

We are looking for someone who loves bringing places to life. Someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing familiar faces return, remembers people's names and favourite drinks, and believes hospitality is about making every guest feel they belong.

This is an opportunity to help shape Bartholomew’s from day one, creating a destination that becomes part of London's daily life. A place where colleagues unwind after work, museum visitors linger over cocktails, neighbours meet for a drink and friends gather long into the evening.

Bartholomew’s is a contemporary London bar inspired by the energy of the city, drawing its name from London's original summer festival, Bartholomew Fair, held in Smithfield for over seven centuries.

An evolving cocktail menu will be curated by industry pioneer Mr Lyan Studio, riffing on London Museum’s seasonal events and displays. The first seasonal menu will take inspiration from the museum’s inaugural programme London Tastes, celebrating the city's rich and vibrant food culture and the stories behind it. A permanent London Made cocktail menu will take its creative cue from the grit and glitter of London's story, past and present, alongside a signature seasonal shandy and draught London Museum lager.

Located in a prominent position on Farringdon Road, Bartholomew’s is set to be a lively street-side destination for after-work drinks and museum pit stops throughout the day. The bar is designed to be welcoming and approachable, with food focusing on elevated pub classics and snacks.

We're looking for someone who naturally builds relationships, leads by example and takes pride in creating a team that genuinely enjoys looking after people. Someone who understands that the smallest moments of hospitality are often the ones guests remember most.

If you're excited by the idea of creating a bar that becomes a favourite London destination, we'd love to hear from you.

At Green & Fortune, we take pride in the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.
