We’re seeking a dynamic Floor Supervisor to be part of our team at the Rotunda Bar and Restaurant in Kings Place. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping an exceptional dining experience, ensuring smooth service, and leading a team in a lively and welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
- Provide hands-on support during busy service periods, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee floor management, ensuring efficient table service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving any issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Work closely with the management team to implement service standards and improve operations.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and ensuring all FOH areas are well-prepared.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Head Waiter, or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
