KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages with precision and creativity
- Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall customer satisfaction
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a similar setting
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
