RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple bar spaces, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of skilled mixologists, bartenders, and casual event bar staff.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory, ensuring bars are always well-prepared.
- Work alongside the Beverage Manager to curate cocktail menus, introduce new drinks, and implement innovative service concepts.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, licensing, and hygiene standards.
- Support the events team in delivering outstanding bar service for corporate functions, private events, and high-profile gatherings.
- Handle guest interactions and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Assist in financial management, including cost control, sales tracking, and budgeting to maximize revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume bar, hospitality, or events environment.
- A strong passion for cocktails, wines, and beverages, with an eye for quality and innovation.
- Confident and hands-on leader who can train, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both guests and staff.
- A natural problem solver, able to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning, developing, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
