Green and Fortune is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for its flagship Rotunda Restaurant at Kings Place, featuring on-site butchery and a live fire kitchen. You will train and develop a team, drive seasonal menus, and coordinate with the events kitchen to ensure consistency and quality across daily operations.
You will deputize for the Head Chef, maintain H&S and FS compliance, and manage stock in partnership with our farm and producers, while upholding our farm-to-fork philosophy.
