We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a warm and friendly Hospitality Assistant to join our Green & Fortune team for an exciting new venture at One Southwark Bridge. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a fresh, brand-new environment.

This role requires you to be regularly available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7am to 6pm.

The Person and Role

  • To support the management in preparing and setting up special food service tables/stations.
  • Support catering for all corporate events, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients and guests.
  • Ensuring that food is always handled, transported, and stored in accordance with food safety and Health and Safety standards.
  • To ensure that all hospitality areas are clean and hygienic in order to comply with the Health and Safety regulations.
  • To assist with clearing and cleaning where necessary during service.
  • To acknowledge and respond to all guest requests and inquiries by bringing them to the attention of the management.
  • To ensure that all equipment is stored correctly and that all aisles and storage areas are kept clean and organised.
