We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Rose Court, working across different kitchen divisions. Key Responsibilities- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production kitchen, maintaining high standards of food service and creativity.
- Manage specific sections, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals consistently meet high standards.
- Ensure meals are produced efficiently while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
- Protect the health and safety of all guests and team members by following food safety, health, and hygiene standards, ensuring all due diligence paperwork is completed accurately.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture by maintaining composure and enthusiasm, even during busy or high-pressure periods.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier communication to ensure kitchen operations run seamlessly.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality at scale.
- Ability to create a variety of dishes that balance flavour, creativity, and efficiency.
- Confidence in handling high-pressure situations while staying organized and calm.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to follow best practices.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills to handle volume and meet deadlines.
