Join Green & Fortune's dynamic One Southwark Bridge Catering team as an Assistant Catering Manager. This Monday‑to‑Friday role leads a small team of 15 and offers bank holiday time off.

Base Pay Range Pay is based on skills and experience. Discuss with recruiter for details.

Responsibilities

  • Support all operations across restaurant, cafe, and workplace with a hands‑on work ethic.
  • Train and monitor team progress, focusing on excellent service, standards, and a guest‑first approach.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and profitability of all retail outlets.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, BoH, and senior management on ordering, stock taking and reporting.
  • Deputise for the Retail Manager in their absence, providing feedback and ensuring standards and service continuity.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a similar setting, ideally overseeing multiple outlets.
  • Experience training, motivating and leading a small team.
  • Understanding of business costs and controls.
  • Adaptability and openness to cross‑departmental contribution.
