Join Green & Fortune's dynamic One Southwark Bridge Catering team as an Assistant Catering Manager. This Monday‑to‑Friday role leads a small team of 15 and offers bank holiday time off.

Responsibilities
- Support all operations across restaurant, cafe, and workplace with a hands‑on work ethic.
- Train and monitor team progress, focusing on excellent service, standards, and a guest‑first approach.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and profitability of all retail outlets.
- Collaborate with kitchen, BoH, and senior management on ordering, stock taking and reporting.
- Deputise for the Retail Manager in their absence, providing feedback and ensuring standards and service continuity.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a similar setting, ideally overseeing multiple outlets.
- Experience training, motivating and leading a small team.
- Understanding of business costs and controls.
- Adaptability and openness to cross‑departmental contribution.
