Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, leading the Quality Team and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Essential background needed for this Quality Manager role * Experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001. * Previous people management experience. * Experience applying quality and continuous improvement tools such as SPC, FMEA, 5S and Root Cause Analysis. * Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
