Maintenance Supervisor Full time, Permanent 4-man team including Supervisor £46,000 per annum OTE of £48,000 Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm Camberley Essential Requirements: Significant maintenance and engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Previous supervisory, Team Leader or people management experience Proven ability to build strong working relationships and manage a diverse team Experience conducting appraisals, providing feedback and managing performance Strong problem-solving and fault-finding capabilities Good IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands effectively Strong understanding of health, safety and operational compliance requirements Maintenance Planning: Lead, plan and prioritise maintenance activities across the site, balancing preventative maintenance, breakdown response and improvement projects Own and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard and timeframe Coordinate a prompt and effective response to equipment and machinery breakdowns Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability Maintain effective spares and consumables management to support maintenance requirements Continuous Improvement, Safety
