A leading delivery partner operating on major UK infrastructure programmes is looking for an EHS & Security Manager to take ownership of Environmental, Safety, Health and Security performance across complex, regulated projects.
- Lead and embed robust EHS & security management systems across live projects
- Drive incident investigation, risk management and continuous improvement
- Oversee contractor compliance, audits, and site inspections
- Champion a strong, proactive safety and security culture on site
This is a high‑impact role with real influence at project and leadership level.
5+ years’ experience managing EHS & security on major construction, infrastructure or demolition projects (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation, environmental compliance and security controls
- Degree (or equivalent) in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or similar
- Work on nationally significant projects in a highly regulated environment
