Are you an experienced EHS professional who thrives in high‑risk, high‑profile environments? A leading delivery partner operating on major UK infrastructure programmes is looking for an EHS & Security Manager to take ownership of Environmental, Safety, Health and Security performance across complex, regulated projects.

  • Lead and embed robust EHS & security management systems across live projects
  • Drive incident investigation, risk management and continuous improvement
  • Oversee contractor compliance, audits, and site inspections
  • Champion a strong, proactive safety and security culture on site

This is a high‑impact role with real influence at project and leadership level.

5+ years’ experience managing EHS & security on major construction, infrastructure or demolition projects (essential)

Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation, environmental compliance and security controls

Degree (or equivalent) in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or similar

Work on nationally significant projects in a highly regulated environment
