As a rapidly expanding company operating multiple brands, they are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence their brand's success and provides a clear pathway for career advancement within the organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead initiatives such as producing printed materials, organising product demonstrations, and coordinating exhibitions. * Engage in activities like planning and executing email campaigns and creating content for social media platforms. * Embrace a role with varied daily tasks. * Be able to swiftly capitalises on emerging opportunities, including trade shows, partnerships, and product launches. * Capture and edit product photos and videos for marketing purposes. * Design graphics for brochures, advertisements, and online promotions to maintain a strong visual identity. * Oversee product packaging and presentation, ensuring all outgoing parcels are professional and consistent. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPEREIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably within the events or construction industry. * Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for crafting compelling marketing content. * Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with experience in creating visual content and basic photography/videography skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing priorities and challenges with a positive attitude.
