Machine Operator Multiple roles available Early and evening shift rotation (no nights or weekends) Temp to perm position £13.61 – £14.16 per hour (standard 37.5 hour week) Frimley A leading manufacturer are seeking the right individual to join their produciton team as a Machine Operator, you will be joining a warm and friendly team, where training opportunities and development opportunities are available. PLEASE READ, This role will be a Shift rotation * Week 1: Monday – Friday: 6am to 2pm * Week 2: Monday – Thursday: 1:30pm to 10pm & Friday: 1pm – 6pm Your daily duties as Machine Operator will include: * Load & unload machines * Understanding quality requirements on products and carrying out as per Quality Plans. * Machine changeover between different product variants. * Shift changeover procedures * Start-up & shutdown of machines. * Accurate & detailed production & scrap recording. * Process control, monitoring & adjustment. * Ensure that cleanliness & safety standards are always maintained in & around the production area * Maintain accurate & up to date traceability system – job sheets, ID recording, batch labelling. * Involvement in team improvement activities. * Other tasks as required by the Shift Team Leader. * Adherence and compliance to ISO standards. * Adherence to Health and Safety requirements.
